Capital Markets Board of Türkiye granted approval to Deutsche Bank AG, a global issuer, for the issuance of investment institution warrants in Türkiye with a total nominal value of TRY 225,000,000 on 23.11.2018. Eryürekli, with its expertise in the capital markets, is acting as the local counsel of Deutsche Bank AG for the filings before the regulators and other regulatory matters with respect to the warrants and certificates business in Türkiye since 2013.
