Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency of Türkiye granted approval to UBS Switzerland AG, a global bank, for the establishment and operation of a representation office in Türkiye. Eryürekli, with its expertise in the banking sector, is acting as the local counsel of UBS Switzerland AG for the filings before the regulators and other regulatory matters with respect to the representation office business in Türkiye.

Eryürekli, with its expertise in the financial markets, acts as the local counsel for HSBC for the contractual frameworks used for multiple services for the compliance with current local regulations.
