Capital Markets Board of Türkiye granted approval to BNP Paribas IBV, a global issuer, for the issuance of investment institution warrants under the guarantee of BNP Paribas SA, in Türkiye with a total nominal value of TRY 900,000,000 on 17.07.2025. Eryürekli, with its expertise in the capital markets, is acting as the local counsel of BNP Paribas IBV and BNP Paribas SA for regulatory matters with respect to the warrants business in Türkiye since 2023.
