Mehmet Çağrı Dönmezdemir is an associate of the firm focusing on capital markets and securities, corporate governance and compliance, commercial and foreign investments fields.

 

Having started his career as an intern of the firm, Çağrı has advised on a range of capital markets activities, including public offerings of structured instruments, foreign investment funds, custody services, and cross-border financial transactions. He is also actively involved in day-to-day corporate governance matters and compliance of foreign-invested companies with local legislation.
